Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL) has released Advertisement No. 01-06/2026-2027 for engagement of Women Apprentices under the World Bank Funded HP Power Sector Development Program (HPPSDP). A total of 98 apprenticeship seats are available across various disciplines including Engineering, Finance, IT, HR, Law, Social Science, and Management. The apprenticeship period is one year and is open exclusively to female candidates.

Merit Criteria

Tie-Breaking Rules

If two candidates secure equal marks:

1. Older candidate (earlier DOB) will be preferred.
2. If DOB is same, higher Matriculation marks will be considered.

Shortlisting Process

• Merit list will be published on HPSEBL website.
• Candidates will be called for document verification in a ratio of 1:4 per seat.
• No separate communication will be sent.
• Candidates must regularly visit the official website.
